“This cottage is absolutely perfect, cleaned to a really high standard with modern facilities and a big super king bed, it's quirky layout having the bathroom downstairs and the bedroom and living area upstairs allows for the beautiful views to be enjoyed from morning till night.”
The owner David is so friendly and kind and pip his dog just steals the show, she is so beautiful.
The cottage is on a working farm but does not impact negatively at all, In fact it adds to the setting.
It is within reach of many places including Ullswater, Carlisle, Hadrian's Wall, Aire Waterfall, Cockermouth, Gretna, to name but a few (max an hour from the farm) .
We would highly recommend, it was a fabulous stay. A gem of a find.
