We are sorry that you found contacting the customer relations team difficult, though I can see that all messages were responded to. Please note this does not reflect the owner and the property. The owner will see your views on the bed, but as I am sure you understand, every guest has their own requirements and therefore what suits one person may not suit the other. Our maintenance team did attend regarding the shower and they highlighted that there is a low water pressure in the area. I am glad that our team were able to provide new kitchen items when requested. Please note that the cutlery is silver and so unfortunately this does tarnish easily. We hope this did not detract from enjoying the local area.
