The cleaners arrived as we were leaving so we reported the broken bed as not to be told they were already aware and it had previously been reported to the owners. A further notification was then sent to Sykes through their app which was followed up via their online complaints WhatsApp chat but still I have had NO RESPONSE from anybody. Such a shame as it was a lovely house. However the customer service has been non-existent - it’s just not good enough!
Hi, I am so sorry about this. The lady who normally deals with these houses for me has been off ill but everything was meant to be forwarded straight to me. I can’t apologise enough. Please be assured I will find out what has gone on tomorrow and be back in touch to see how we can compensate you.
