We discovered black mould on the walls and curtains in the master bedroom, along with damp issues that left our clothes smelling unpleasant. The upper deck balustrades were broken and unsafe in 2 places, and the safety light above the 12 steps was out, creating a hazard. What truly soured the experience was dealing with Sykes. It took almost a month of calls, texts, and repeated pictures & emails to get any form of goodwill gesture. The customer service was rude, frustrating and unresponsive.
Never again will we book with Sykes.
