5 days / 1 night early due to the boiler breaking, even though it was almost new. We have a 10 month old son so no hot water or heating available was a major issue. Skyes handled the issue well but are at the hands of the owner who was reluctant to do anything. It was a battle to even get a refund of a full night back, initially the owner offered ~£60 when we paid ~£140 per night. We eventually got a full night refunded.
The property itself is a little underwhelming. Cleanliness was ok but ...

The property itself is a little underwhelming. Cleanliness was ok but not to a high standard. Blinds were filthy and cheap, kept falling off the bracket. The WiFi is non-existent and certainly not “intermittent” as claimed. Infact it was hard to get a phone signal at all.
The park itself is nice and has an area beside the lake. It is about 5 minute drive to Windermere & Bowness which has plenty to do and see.
I personally won’t be back at this property.
