Other than the WiFi which was a bit slow and unreliable this location and holiday was excellent.
The owners and workers were brilliant to deal with and very welcoming and hospitable. The site is well maintained and in a lovely location. Facilities and shops nearby are really good. The cottage itself was really spacious and well kept. Furniture and beds were in good condition and very comfortable making it a pleasant place to rest and relax even on the days we couldn't go out into the lakes.
The stay was very comfortable.
Bed was very comfy. Everything was very good. Nice and quiet place. But only problem is that Wifi doesn’t work at all. And there was no internet and network on the phone also. You will feel like you are disconnected from the whole world.
We were given a very warm welcome by the owners Billy, Maggie & Bella the dog.
Great location & within easy reach of the lakes & local pubs. Rockside apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with the family. Good sized double/twin bedrooms and open plan kitchen & lounge with all the things we needed. Very useful to have a porch for muddy boots & wet gear storage after some soggy walks. Wi-Fi & mobile signal is very erratic. Overall a lovely place which we would definitely recommend & hopefully be back for another stay.
