“The old House, was full of charm, vintage furniture, dark wooden beams from old ships.”
The house itself had everything you needed and the kitchen was well equipped.
The garden was nice and small, enough space to have a bbq with the family, relax with one of them rare sunny days in the lakes.
The parking isn’t amazing and it really is difficult getting 2 cars up into the parking spaces provided which it states you are able to do, without damaging your car.
If you are happy to leave your car there for a week, then use the amazing buses, which is right at the bottom of the road from the cottage, as you can get everywhere on them.
Overall The Old House is a prefect location to get around and see all of the lakes.

I think your assessment of the car parking is fair; there is room for one large vehicle and one smaller vehicle but reversing into the smaller parking space can be awkward. We are therefore updating the information on the website to explain this better. There are also additional parking spaces in the bays on the main road opposite The Old House as a back up if needed.
