    “Nice property, great location.”

I would have rated higher but we had issues with the central heating which wasnt working from day 1, kept on failing and requiring reset. Heating engineer could only attend to rectify 4 days later after we had left, so we were lucky it was a fairly mild week or it could have been much worse. Only other issue was with the front gate which jams into the stone wall and can be akward to open so requires some maintenance.

Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear you had issues with the boiler. We are currently installing a new boiler and heating system and the front gate latch had broken off which has now also been fixed. Hopefully you will see the improvement if you decide to return to Burn House again in the future. Thanks, James Property Owner
