Arriving at the property, guests are greeted by a peaceful residential setting and a private driveway, just a short stroll from Carnforth’s centre, where local shops and a friendly pub await.

Step inside to discover a welcoming hallway adorned with tasteful furnishings, leading into a stylish sitting room where a white leather L-shaped sofa, an armchair, and a built-in flame-effect electric fire create a relaxing atmosphere.

A large wall-mounted TV with a soundbar sets the scene for cosy film nights or leisurely afternoons.

The kitchen/diner is both functional and inviting, ideal for preparing meals and gathering around the table to share stories, while the adjoining utility room discreetly houses laundry facilities.

Upstairs, the carpeted staircase leads to four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, including a king-size with a plush headboard, mounted TV, and light-up bedside tables, complemented by a sleek en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

The additional king-size, double, and single bedrooms are equally comfortable, and a family bathroom provides the option of a relaxing bath or invigorating shower.

Outside, the enclosed rear garden offers a tranquil space to enjoy a morning coffee on the lawn or unwind with a drink as the day draws to a close.

With off-road parking for three vehicles, exploring the area is effortless.

The Lake District National Park is within easy reach, where you can wander along Windermere’s shores, admire the views from Orrest Head, or take a scenic boat trip.

To the east, the Yorkshire Dales National Park showcases dramatic landscapes, from the striking cliffs of Malham Cove and the tumbling waters of Janet’s Foss to the characterful market town of Settle, known for its independent shops and cafés.

For a unique experience, Capernwray’s popular diving centre is just a short drive away, offering crystal-clear waters and submerged wonders.
