“Overall, we enjoyed our holiday in Apartment 1 Latrigg - the location of the apartment is very central and it was comfortable, warm and generally well equipped.”

However, one of the rings (front right) on the hob didn't work properly. Our main issue was the door code keypad which was very stiff and temperamental - it often took me several attempts to get it to work and my Mum was unable to get it to work at all which meant she couldn't leave the apartment on her own. We reported this to the property owner 4 times during our stay (and also reported it to Sykes) but nothing was done to fix it.
