However, the internet was not working when we arrived. We messaged the company, who took 2 days to respond. The issue was not resolved during our stay, and we were without WiFi all week.
We spent a considerable amount of time trying to resolve the issue ourselves, which took time away from our holiday.

Your feedback has just been highlighted by the owners; we were very sorry to read of your disappointment regarding the WiFi. Unfortunately, the issue took longer to resolve due to the wrong cable being provided by the Supplier when the service was switched. Regrettably, this also led to a breakdown in communication, and on this occasion, we did fall short.
That said, we were pleased to hear that you found the property itself lovely, and we truly appreciate you highlighting this.
We completely understand how inconvenient it must have been to be without WiFi, so we will be contacting you privately to discuss this further.
