“Property is lovely and furnished well - bed comfy and we slept well.”

Sitting on the edge of the bed is a bit hard as think the mattress is sunken, but not a big deal. Appreciated the fan with it being so warm. We did have issues with the fridge - would not get cold and we had to buy ice for all our stuff. Owner has said when she went in after us it was cool and she was monitoring it. But it wasn't cold for our stay and if you were putting a lot of shopping in, I would just be careful. Owner has offered part refund but we are yet to receive this. House was ...

House was clean overall but kitchen could use a deep clean in my opinion - hob and fan in particular. Property is in lovely location - 5 min walk to Windermere and lots of shops and places to eat. Property comes with parking pass for a car park opposite - it does get full and we managed to get lucky thankfully with being able to park. Did struggle slightly finding property (maybe just us!) but we'd suggest in the key collection info just stating what shop the property is located above - as it says it is down a lane and was more like a back street. Just a tad confusing in our opinion, but we did find after a few mins. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and was gutted to leave.
