    “Disappointed we had to clean the property before unpacking cobwebs in every room including windows,stained bedding torn duvet cover,rickety dining chair pillows uncomfortable no dish washing liquid no welcome pack,coffee left in tin didn't look usable.”

    A sheet of paper with contact numbers if any issues to phone . phoned and informed them of the issues and the reply we received was sorry about the cleanliness it is an old property, the cleaner should have informed them about the damage and stained duvet and chair. There was nothing they could do at this moment but would have a word with the cleaner. The low ceiling when stepping onto the stairs and the step from lounge into kitchen should have warning tape . Would this cottage to ...
