“While staying at Knott's farmhouse we were without a shower for 2 and a half days and had use of a bath for 6 adults and 2 children which was inadequate because the hot water wasn't constant .”
And we had to have a plumber visit twice to fix the shower . (This problem was already known about as a plumber had attended the week before) Through Sykes we were informed this didn't warrant any compensation and Sykes were not helpful in any resolution The property does not accommodate 8 people, especially the bedrooms What sells this property is the location, garden and kitchen

We do apologise that you were without a shower for 2 days, we endeavoured to fix the issue as quickly as we possibly could, and did so by having a professional plumber attend. We didn't feel that monetary compensation was warranted as there was an alternative means to wash and the issue didn't continue for the entirety of your stay with us.
