“No positive response from owners regarding broken bed frames in two bedrooms.”

They promised a maintenance visit on the afternoon we arrived, and on further occasions, but despite claiming a visit was made, nothing was repaired and I doubt a visit even took place. Other issues included shabby throws on the two sofas, and the front entrance path and rear patio were filthy. Much better places to stay in the Lakes. Sykes tried to help, but the owners did not appear to have any interest in putting things right.

One bed was reported as having a slat problem. The bed in question was examined at 13.30hrs on 14th August, when the property was unoccupied. The trundle design of the bed ensures, compact slats and no safety issue was reported. There are alternative throws for the sofas in the blanket box, for guests. We are always interested the comfort of guests and important matters are attended to promptly. Property Owner
