With its great location this property is perfect for those who are looking to get out on the lake to enjoy some fishing, or maybe even some watersports for the more adventurous, and with its ample sleeping capacity of six people, it is ideal for a family or group of friends.

Make yourself at home at Willow Lodge and enjoy the open-plan living space containing a well-equipped kitchen complete with coffee machine for those early mornings, and sit down all together at the dining table at tea time for some real quality time.

The sitting area has two sofas, so get everyone gathered and have a quiet evening watching a film together on the TV, and if the suns still up take a drink out onto the decking and get the most out of the summer light.

A well-sized bathroom can be found along the hall towards the bedrooms, containing a bath with shower over, so if you have a bit of extra time when getting ready you can enjoy a soak in the bath tub.

The twin rooms both have wardrobe space and a window looking out to the leafy surroundings, while the double room has some extra benefits; a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room, so mum and dad will definitely want - and deserve - the decking is perfect for a summer day with seating enough for everyone, so you can all get involved.

Windermere or Bowness-on-Windermere are the places to go for a little bit more variety when it comes to bars and pubs, as well as a great choice of restaurants for when you deserve a break from the cooking.

Take the kids over to see Peter Rabbit in real life at The World of Beatrix Potter in Bowness-on-Windermere, for a fantastic family outing at this interactive exhibit showcasing the wonderful work of the children's author, and her importance to Lakeland conservation.

Hop on a boat at White Cross Bay to experience the scenic views from the water, or if you are feeling courageous why not try out some more exciting watersports at Low Wood Bay, just north of the property, like Flyboarding, where you fly through the air powered by the water - it will make for some unforgettable memories!

Whatever your reason for a Lake District trip, Willow Lodge will be a home-from-home that you look forward to coming back to at the end of another exciting day.
