Suggested ways to improve accommodation. Sort damp musty smell in downstairs bedroom, include welcome pack and more local info from guests (comments books are often more insightful than internet info), increase capacity of hot water so doesn’t go cold so quickly (we did turn up temp to max). By comparison to many holiday homes we have stayed at, the old stables is probably a 3-4 star property.

We are just a little puzzled about the hot water. The large combi boiler generates hot water instantly, on demand at any time of day or night. There is no limit set on the amount of hot water you can use.
We only provide a starter pack for the wood burner as it is purely for a focal point/ambience, the lovely underfloor heating throughout keeps you very warm.
We do try very hard to make sure everything is just right for your visit.
