Our housekeeping team acted as quickly as they could have done under the circumstances and unfortunately there was a delay in collecting the necessary information from you in order to establish what the issue was and what had to be done to resolve it. With regards to the logs for the woodburner, these are not advertised on the website and as the property is self-catering, it is expected that guests bring their own, however we take your comments on board and may consider offering starter packs of logs going forward. We take pride in the cleanliness of the property and would like to reassure you and future customers that we always act on any issues that arise as quickly as we can, providing we are made aware.
