The magnificent living / dining room is flooded with light and has sumptuous furnishings set on oak flooring by the woodburner, designed for relaxation. A second sitting room also has a woodburning stove and wonderful views towards Loughrigg Fell. The adorable kitchen has everything where Nigella herself would feel at home and there is a glass viewing area to the original well. On this level is a cloakroom / 5th WC / wash basin.
