Luxury sofas and chairs, soft throws and cushions, make Harrison Stickle elegant yet unpretentious. It is a place to put up your feet and relax in front of the fire without a care in the world, other than which adventure to foray out on, into this beautiful National Park.
Built upon a knoll, a pretty terrace sweeps down into an old kitchen garden, which is full of wildlife. With a breathtaking backdrop of high fells, from Bowfell in the West, through to the climbers' paradise of the Langdales to the Helvellyn group in the East. The extensive views of the northern half of Lake Windermere defy this quietly tucked away place with ample private parking, yet within a minute's walk of the bustle of Bowness-on-Windermere.
