When you choose Lakelovers holiday let management services, we will assign a cleaner to your property. They will be responsible for cleaning the property, and carrying out optional deep cleans and handling the holiday cottage linen and laundry ready for each arrival, alternatively we can offer hire linen and towels, (for complete peace of mind) or owners can provide their own.
Your cleaner will also assist with any lost property and any potential property damages, submitting photos as and when required as per our damages procedure.
When something breaks, stops working or needs replacing there’s no need to panic. As part of our Property Services, we have a team of fully trained and experienced maintenance operatives who will attend quickly to jobs, assessing, repairing issues and also problem solving. For the more complex issues we can call upon our network of external professional trades such as local Gas Safe Engineers, Electricians, Plumbers and Chimney Sweeps for those specialist jobs.
When arriving on holiday after a long journey, there’s nothing better than putting your feet up with a cuppa! We can provide a range of optional welcome packs for each of your incoming guests to get their trip off to the best possible start. Our welcome packs include tea, coffee, biscuits, sugar, milk and hot chocolate.

Sometimes things do go wrong and the last thing you need is a call from distressed guests. With our holiday cottage management team, we provide a 24/7 Out of Hours helpline for guests to reach us at any time. We are here to help guests and owners in dealing with emergency situations and resolve any issues during out of office hours.
Our local teams are constantly reviewing guest feedback to ensure our high standards are always maintained. We look to address any issues raised, liaise with cleaners and other suppliers to resolve any problems and make sure any suggestions from guests are passed onto you to help get the best potential from your property.

All Lakelovers properties are rated using our sister company Sykes Cottages tick score system. Our Property Consultants handpick, approve, and assign tick ratings to the property during the initial onboarding stage. The aim is to provide guest accommodation that meets the minimum requirement and is safe, clean and comfortable. There is no fee as this service is included in enrolment with Lakelovers.
